How long will therapy take?
This depends on what you need and the amount of work you complete between therapy sessions. Yes, I give homework to help you get the most out of therapy. On average, most issues resolve, change in the level of intensity after 6-8 sessions. If the issues is a long term mental illness or trauma work, this can take longer, but the decision to continue treatment will be determined with you, not for you. There will not be any surprises in your treatment plan.
