     Get more out of your work and build your career by doing something different. Let all your talents and gifts be made visible and explore the reach of your abilities. Your talents are needed to make everyone around you better.  What if your ideas was the spark to the next big success of the business? What if your creation led to next big account? What if your creation helped solve a problem for millions of people? 
      Stop being afraid to fail, calculate, build in some supports, know you have options and go for it. Manage your career like you manage everything else in your life. Do not leave it up to someone else to decide your fate. Do the things you will excel at, focus on your strength, and make them stronger.
